Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your GroceryBuddy subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period
  • To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service usage
  • Duplicate charges
  • Subscription purchased by mistake

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Change of mind after 7 days
  • Non-usage of the service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@grocerybuddy.com
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We'll review your request within 2-3 business days

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
